Use this only when the automated attendance gates didn't pass and you have independent evidence the learner attended (presence-check tech failure, video player bug, etc.). The override is logged with your reason for BACB-audit defensibility.
Pick how attendees prove they were present throughout your event. Stronger verification = better BACB-audit defensibility, but more friction for attendees. The default None still requires a check-in scan + a check-out scan + feedback, which is BACB-defensible for most events.
Add 1–10 codes. Each must be 3–20 characters. Case-insensitive on check-out — "EAGLE" matches "eagle".
Host your course content anywhere (your own LMS, Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, WordPress, etc.) and use CEU Lab just for the quiz + certificate. Your store's branding (logo, colors, name) is applied automatically when the page loads.
Send this URL directly to learners (in an email, course page, or social post). They'll be able to take the quiz without creating an account.
Paste this into the HTML / code block of your external course page. The quiz renders inline with your tenant store's branding.
Check-out requires attendees to leave a rating and a comment of at least 20 characters before their certificate emails. This satisfies BACB requirements for attendance verification and program-evaluation feedback in a single flow.
